Even though I do put too much pressure on myself at times, I love setting myself blogging goals. They help keep me focused and itâs interesting to look back at the end of the year and see how many I managed to achieve. I had such an incredible year in 2014 that this year I want to take things a step further in order to develop my blog.
1. Stick to my Blogging Manifesto
Creating my manifesto was a massive turning point for me. When I look back on my old posts, itâs my manifesto that stands out the most. Whilst I believe Iâve stuck to it well so far, Iâd like to start incorporating it into my bl0g more.
2. Post regularly
Something that annoys me about myself is that I have a tendency to post regularly for a few weeks and then go back to sporadic posting. 2015 will be the year of regular posting, Iâm sure of it!
3. Complete all of my upcoming projects
I have lots of projects that Iâm building at the moment, and Iâd love to have lots of these completed by the end of 2015. Iâm so excited about all of them - I canât wait to share them soon!
4. Get better at replying to blog comments and tweets
Iâm so bad at replying to comments and tweets. I always mean to do it and then get distracted by something else! 2015 will be the year of the replies!
5. Reach my targets
This year Iâve set myself realistic targets for follower counts and statistics that I wonât be disappointed if I donât meet, but it would be nice if I could!
6. Balance my blog and YouTube channel at the same time
Iâd like to get into a routine and be able to juggle both at the same time because I hate abandoning one for the other. Theyâre both my children!

I think mine is just to see if I can keep it up for the year! And complete the challenges Iâve signed up to so far: really loving going through my books and seeing which ones can qualify for the British Books Challenge.

I also want to post more regularly, even if Iâm quite busy with schoolwork. I want to schedule posts too, as it takes a lot of pressure off of me if I know that Iâll have a post up the following day, or even the following week. Lately Iâve been replying to comments and becoming more involved in the blogging community and itâs so much fun making friends with so many different bloggers! ð Good luck with all your goals, Lucy! <3

I want to actually stick to blogging, Iâve been known for giving up as soon as I come across a point where I donât know what to blog or think my photography skills are terrible (which they are) but this year I want to persist and hopefully at the end of the year Iâll still be blogging!

I used to be RUBBISH at photography, but keep working on it and it will get better! Perseverance is key!
Good luck with your goals!

Thank you, Michelle!

Good luck on your goals, I think the one about replying to comments is a difficult thing for most of us bloggers. Good luck on your goals. Mine is to just keep reading.

Good luck with your goals! Most of mine are quite similar to yours. Iâm going back to school on Tuesday, and I know once I get back into my usual (busy) schedule, I wonât be posting regularly (even though I really want too)!
Hope you have a great year,
Cambrie xoxo
